Phil Vickery is one of the chefs on ITV This Morning. However, you probably wouldn't know that he has been a Michelin starred chef and worked his way through the ranks. 

We discuss his journey from chef to television chef and farmer. 

Today he is the writer of 14 cookbooks, coeliac ambassador, chef on TV, pig farmer,  and heads up a range of food products suitable for coeliacs.
